We are a group of people that love food and enjoy cities. Zurich, fortunately, mixes the two very well. For such a small city it offers a startling variety of foods, decors, and crowds within a very manageable size. From the fancy banker’s lunch, to the unpretentious kebab, to the trendy but down-to-earth Asian joint and the spicy Indian treat, there is no dearth of culinary delights, surprises, and disappointments, available for a price that varies from the reasonable to the outrageous.

When some of us moved to Zurich, we started testing new joints and old haunts of local friends. This website is our ongoing (and highly opinionated) attempt to document our discoveries. We get together, when time permits, to try new places or revisit old favorites and we always welcome new members. So if you share a curiosity for the untested, have a decent set of taste buds, and care to share your thoughts, just join in the fun.
